Our employees receive 5 weeks of vacation (based on full-time employment). There are also company vacations between Christmas and New Year.

Our contractually agreed net working hours are 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) for a 100% workload. We are also open to part-time solutions.

The core competencies of our Real Estate Acquisition & Distribution team lie in the search for ideal properties for our investors and in contact with clients and partners. In doing so, it constantly creates new and maintains existing relationships.

Our Real Estate Investment Management team analyzes and acquires suitable investment properties on a daily basis and ensures a suitable mortgage strategy.

Our Real Estate Transaction Management team of interdisciplinary specialists is responsible for the professional support of our real estate transactions. It works closely with land registries, notary’s offices and financing partners.

The core tasks of our Real Estate Asset Management team are the letting and maintenance of the investment properties we manage. This ensures that the owners achieve top returns.

Our Product & Technology team consists of researchers, designers and developers. It develops new concepts, builds them into finished online products in an agile process and ensures an optimal user experience.

Our Marketing & Communication team makes our products and the investment properties we offer known throughout Switzerland – with videos, photos, 3D animations, texts and numerous other means.

The core tasks of our Business Process Management team are diverse. It evaluates business requirements, manages all processes and works out data-based improvement options for them.

Our Legal, Compliance & Risk team implements regulatory processes and programs, develops and evaluates our corporate policies and ensures that we comply with all legal and ethical regulations.

Our talent team has a very clear goal in mind: to identify high potentials, attract them to Crowdhouse and develop them further.

Our Construction & Development team is responsible for carrying out feasibility studies, planning, development and implementation of real estate construction projects and is characterized by its ability to manage complex construction projects, meet cost and time schedules while ensuring the highest quality standards.
