What is User Experience Research?

You influence the further development of our products and improve the user experience with Crowdhouse for everyone.

Our experienced UX research team represents the voice(s) of our users and incorporates the knowledge gained in the studies into product development. The interaction of the following aspects is particularly important:

  • Design
  • intuitive handling
  • transparent and comprehensible content
  • efficient support for our users in achieving their goals

This knowledge enables us to respond optimally to the needs and expectations of our users and to make our products simpler, more useful and more appealing.

What you can expect

Your opinion matters

Since we are interested in your personal opinion and experience, you don’t need any prior knowledge or preparation: there are no wrong answers – it’s not you who will be tested, but our product.

Diverse & Confidential

From various types of studies such as usability tests, surveys, interviews, card-sorting tests, diary studies, etc., you choose only those that appeal to you. We always treat your data as strictly confidential.

Time & location independent

The studies can be conducted in the comfort of your own home or in our Zurich office, with or without a moderator. The decision is yours – of course you can adjust your choice at any time.

Who we are looking for

To better understand the needs of our users, we are particularly interested in your opinion if:

You are interested in real estate

or intensively deal with the subject

Have you ever thought about buying, selling, investing in a property or do you already have a Crowdhouse account? Then we would like to hear from you!

Your expertise lies in real estate

and deal privately or professionally with investment objects

You are an expert in the investment, real estate or finance industry and would like to make a valuable contribution to our user studies – we are looking for you too!

A little thank you...

…may not be missing, of course, because we appreciate your time and suggestions very much! In addition to an appropriate remuneration in the form of aperitifs, wellness raffles, crowdhouse products, wine, whiskey or vouchers, we are also happy to give you a crowdhouse tour with interesting insights. The exact remuneration depends in each case on the effort and the type of study and will be specified with each invitation.
