Only investment properties can be sold through our marketplace. You can find out more here.
You can advertise multi-family houses with at least three units, commercial properties and suitable building land with or without a project.
Through Crowdhouse you can currently only offer investment properties which are located in Switzerland or Germany.
Investment properties in Switzerland can be advertised from a sales price of CHF 1 million. For German properties, the minimum volume for investment properties is EUR 150’000 and for building land EUR 100’000.
In order to handle buying and selling as efficiently and discreetly as possible through our marketplace, both buyers and sellers are verified by us.
In order to be able to carry out a sale independently, you as the seller must verify your identity and prove that you are authorized to make the sale. With the corresponding confirmation, you as the owner or as the person commissioned with the sale or commissioned real estate agent may offer real estate via Crowdhouse.
